May 2017 Storm Damage

On May 8th 2017 north east Colorado around Wheat Ridge, was hit with a massive Hail Storm that traveled all the way to central denver. With commercial buildings and homes receiving substantial damage, a lot of what the hail storm caused is visible.

UPDATE:  Colorado Public Radio relased an article that the hailstorm that struck the Denver metro area in May was the costliest natural catastrophe in state history; with more than $1 billion in losses, according to the Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association. Will this be normal for upcoming storms this summer?
